Previously worked at an international consulting firm, leading corporate structuring and business registration projects for private and corporate clients. Specialises in immigration matters, second passports and residency programmes, banking support and international transactions. Practises across the UAE, Europe, Monaco, Switzerland and Mauritius.
Philipp Shapovalenko
Co-Founder · Head of Real Estate & MortgageOver 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market — from property selection and deal support to full-cycle work with developers. Also practises in France, allowing him to support clients in cross-border deals between the European and Middle Eastern property markets.
Sergey Stepanov
Lead Co-Founder · Owner of Meta World Properties BrokersOver 15 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market. Owner of the Meta World Properties brokerage. Runs an international practice focused on cooperation with Tashkent and Kazakhstan, giving clients access to regional expertise across the post-Soviet space.
