The IFZA package you choose sets the visa quota — the number of visas available for the owner, employees and, where applicable, family members. We select the package based on your required visa count from the outset.

Office / Flexi-Desk Requirements

IFZA is a Free Zone jurisdiction — a dedicated physical office is not mandatory for many licence packages, unlike mainland registration. Specific office requirements depend on the chosen package and activity.

Corporate Bank Account Implications

Costs

IFZA licence packages start from AED 12,900 — the exact cost depends on the activity and the number of visas in the package. Our professional support fee is assessed individually during a consultation.

Timeline

A company with its licence and incorporation documents is typically ready within 3–4 business days after the full document package is submitted.

Tax Considerations

Since June 2023, the UAE applies a 9% federal corporate tax on profit above AED 375,000 per year; profit below that threshold is taxed at 0%. IFZA companies meeting the Qualifying Free Zone Person conditions may retain a 0% rate. UAE VAT is 5% and applies depending on the business activity.
